She is a Lifetime Masters Club Member, a Certified Previews Specialist (homes that are sold or list for over one million dollars) and has served as Agent Counsel representing Coldwell Banker (a nominated position) for two consecutive terms 2002-2004. Gail specializes in custom built and new homes and works with local builders and area developers. She is very well respected in her community and by her peers. Kari Jo Clark has been working with her partner and Mother since 2003. Kari Jo was previousley in the mortgage business for 14 years. Kari has also had her California Real Estate Sales Associates license since 1991. She is DE certified on mortgage principals.
